The key criteria we measure for our success is measured through surveys of both the attendees and the client/management. On the floor we monitor the 'smiles', watch the attendees as they engage their meals, watch the speakers, and 'attend' the event. We monitor other key elements such as sound and lighting, making sure that all is 100% from begining to end. All this is done from the outskirts of the event hall, watching the interaction of the guests and attending to their every need, in accordance with our mandate.
After the event our feedback and data collection - both to and from the client - is of vital importance to us. This measures our performance at every event.
Clients usually rebook LEC Events and one of the key reasons for this is as stated above. This is one of our KPIs keenly monitored by LEC Events. We pride ourselves on every aspect of engagement with our client and their guests.
